What is in a name? I'm a fiscal conservative. I think we need to start getting a grip on city and state finances before we raise the roof on topics that are secondary to what is really important. The old way of doing business is clearly not working and we need to start looking at new ways to improve New York. My focus is on current events, government reform and advocating change from the heart of Alphabet City.
I'm not sure how much traffic I get at my blog, but if you do stop by, you may have noticed I've been not as active as I used to be. I've been busy with a lot of things that I hope to blog about and bring to this site soon. It's unfortunate, because a lot has gone on in the past month and I haven't said a word. I'll try to catch up.

I live in Alphabet City and feel NYC over-extends itself and over-taxes all of us. I'm Vice President of the NYYRC and Membership chair for VARC in the 74th AD.
